Geronimo Meynier (July 5, 1941 – 2021) was an Italian actor, born in Fiume, active from the 1950s to the 1960s. His representative works include Romeo and Juliet, Love at Twenty, The Great War , among others, and he collaborated with directors such as Vittorio De Sica and Mario Monicelli. He began his acting career in 1955 with the film Amici per la pelle. In 1959, he appeared in the war film The Great War , directed by Mario Monicelli. In 1962, he starred in Love at Twenty, which was co-directed by Shintaro Ishihara, playing the role of Leonardo. In 1964, he starred in Romeo and Juliet directed by Vittorio De Sica ; this version is considered a classic in the history of Italian cinema.
